My family and I have come to love Playa del Carmen for its beautiful weather, beaches, and cenotes. There is always something to see and do. There are many congregations from Spanish, English, French, and dialects. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that has security 24/7 and a nice garden and pool in the middle to enjoy. The beaches and downtown are about a 10 minute drive. This house is our house and we wanted to share it with the friends!

The Space
Beautiful modern home to relax and enjoy. This home is in a gated community with security 24/7, a pool, and a 10 minute drive to spots such as Quinta Avenida, the beaches, and cenotes. Its location is in a perfect spot for those that want to travel the Riviera Maya, being 50 minutes from Cancun, 55 minutes to Tulum. Stores, pharmacies, schools, are all within 5 minutes.
Guest Access
You will have the whole house to yourself! Enjoy the internet, our house is your house. Everything inside the house is there with a lot of love and is designed for long or short term stays.
Interaction with Guests
There is a brother and sister that will give you the keys and be available if anything should be needed. I will personally be available via whatsapp or phone for any questions or advice on where to go/what to see.
Other Things to Note
This house is not a "tourist" house. It is my home, we ask that you treat it as your home. We only have the house available to our brothers and sisters. If you are thinking of needgreating and need a longer term stay we will be more than happy to discuss!
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is mostly made of locals with professional careers, such as doctors, engineers, and business owners. It is very quiet and in the neighborhood there are some Witnesses. Chedraui and Cinemex is a 5 minute drive as are pharmacies and restaurants

Public transportation is available, however, I would recommend using a vehicle
