Damson Cottage takes its name from the Damson trees growing around it, which are laden with fruit at the end of the summer.
It’s a calm, relaxing place to be with natural light streaming in.
This peaceful spot is amazing!
Often you can only hear the birds and maybe a tractor somewhere far off in distance.

The Space
The main living space is light and airy with a lounge area, kitchen area and breakfast bar with doors leading to the bedroom and bathroom.
The bedroom has a large comfortable, king sized bed.
The bathroom benefits from a large walk-in shower.
Guest Access
Off road parking is at the front of the property with its own entrance.
Damson Cottage has its own private little garden with seating.
Interaction with Guests
We will meet you to welcome you and give you the key when you arrive.
We live next door to Damson Cottage and can be contacted if you need anything.
Other Things to Note
Our friendly collie cross lab, Tilly, lives on site and is very friendly! There is a gate and fence to prevent her coming through to the holiday cottage.
The Neighborhood
Damson Cottage is set in the very rural village of Skeyton. It is a very peaceful village with a good local Pub called ‘The Goat Inn’.
Perfect for walking or cycling to soak in the beautiful field views.
Getting Around
The train station in North Walsham is a 5-10 minute drive away. This regularly runs to Norwich, where you can connect to a wide choice of destinations.
The nearest supermarket is a 7 minute drive away.
To walk to the local pub takes 40 minutes.
