Description
The Space
Newly remodeled modern space with all the conveniences of home. Large pool to use at your leisure at your own risk. Pool typically isn't used by anyone, but if guests of owner are in town may be used by them as well as guests of cabana.
Initial coffee, creamer and toilet paper supplied.
Guest Access
Cabana is attached to a home located in a quiet subdivision. Cabana has private entrance which is accessed on right side of home with sidewalk that leads to back of home and cabana/pool. Keypad code to unlock premises will be given prior to check in, parking on right side driveway.
Interaction with Guests
Joyce lives in main home but your area is totally private, should you need assistance with anything reach out to me, Lisa. The pool is yours to use at your own risk. Joyce's son, Craig, lives nearby and I can contact him to assist with any of your concerns or needs.
Other Things to Note
Pool maintenance is done on Thursdays so you may encounter Joyce's son, Craig, for a short period of time attending to the pool. Pool is shared with main home but is rarely used by main home occupants or friends.
The Neighborhood
Quite and safe subdivision with mostly elderly neighbors. Paved sidewalks makes for enjoyable walks throughout the day.
Getting Around
7 minutes to beach. Canova beach and Paradise Beach offers free parking as do several others. Indialantic Beach features a large long beach and has a pizza place "Bizzaro's" New York Style pizza at it's entrance as well as a couple of other food establishments. Reach out to me and I can make recommendations for several eating establishments, etc.

My husband & I were visiting from Toronto, Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this cabana. It’s suitable for one or 2 persons as it’s only one room.
