The Space
This studio is perfect for those wanting some serenity. The lake view is quiet and peaceful. The space is equipped with all the essentials and more. Come here to de-stress!
Guest Access
This apartment has its own private access and it’s the lower level to an estate in a prestigious neighborhood. It has a Queen size bed as well as pull out sofa bed. You will have designated driveway parking for one vehicle. You have access to the backyard, the dock area and downstairs lower patio. Swimming is not recommended in the lake, but feel free to fish! The owners may or may not be in the main house during your stay, but the house is large and you wouldn’t hear them, but someone will be there for you if you need anything.

Other Things to Note
There is a coffee maker with coffee as well as kettle and tea for your enjoyment.
The Neighborhood
Lake Redwine Plantation, est. in 1989, is an idyllic community set around its 300-acre beautiful lake, enjoyed by many for fishing, swimming, and boating. Family-friendly and great for taking walks.. Please drive slowly, there are lots of pedestrians and dog walkers.
Getting Around
You definitely need your own car (we provide one parking spot in the driveway). We are about 30-40
minutes from the airport and about 15- 20 minutes from downtown Newnan and Peachtree City. There are lots of restaurants and shopping..

Joined in Dec 2022I’m Miles and my lovely wife Tonia and I have been married over 4 decades! We are empty nesters, and we have learned how to enjoy the scene. An ideal evening for us is spent fishing at the lake followed by some BBQ and good jazz. We make it a point to try to get out the country at least once a year- lately DR has been our go-to, although we are considering visiting our daughter and son -in-law in India. We both love to read, to have spirited conversations, and of course, participate in the ministry. We believe in giving you the privacy you want but also the comfort you need- so even though we keep the apartment well-equipped, you don’t need to be shy to ask for anything! We look forward to having you enjoy your stay in our lakefront studio apartment.
