The comfortable space in this home creates a cozy place for business or pleasure for couples, small families, or those traveling for work!

Relax in the living room or plan a game night with the family or cook your favorite meal in our fully-equipped kitchen!

The master suite includes a comfortable queen-size bed and private bathroom. Just down the hall, you’ll find another full bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also provided are 2 full-size folding beds for additional sleeping spaces.

Bring a portable grill so that when you’re not sight-seeing or working, you can enjoy the roomy backyard!

PARKING - A total of 2 parking spaces in the driveway also allows for convenient access.

The complete unit is available to guests including the backyard and parking spaces in front.

Other Things to Note

SMOKING/ANIMALS - The owner stays at this property between guest stays and has critical health issues. Therefore, we remind our guests of the following very important house rules:

1. We do not allow smoking/vaping at this property at all.

2. No animals are allowed at this property at all for any reason.

Due to disabilities, the owner is exempt from having to allow support animals to stay.

**Guests are asked to leave if these 2 critical house rules are broken.**

House Rules

ENJOY YOUR VACAY STAY!

I am so sorry to have to send these reminders, but experience has shown they are necessary.

All guests in the home MUST be listed. We must know who is in the home at all times for emergency purposes and insurance reasons. List the age of all guests under age 18 years old. Only guests listed to stay at the property are covered and allowed to stay/visit and enjoy the property.

Please feel free to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable setting.

NO SHOES ON CARPET. Please remove shoes before walking on the carpet.

NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. You have 2 parking spots on your side of the duplex.

NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind on total property inside nor outside. Please smoke in your car. Do not through butts/plastic/wood tips or packing on the ground.

NO PETS are allowed inside, outside, nor on the property at all (including service/emotional support animals).

NO SERVICE ANIMALS. The owner is medically except from allowing service animals in the home and, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate this request.

NO EVENTS/PARTIES. Please respect community QUIET Hours between 11pm and 7am.

NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING - Any type is prohibited.

NO OPEN FLAMES permitted inside the house (including candles)

GRILLING - Bring your own and it MUST be done away from the house in the backyard at least 6 feet from the house. Do not dump anything in the grass and please clean up behind yourself after grilling.

CLOSE AND LOCK WINDOWS/DOORS when you leave. The smart lock will lock automatically on the front door when you close it. Do NOT lock the bottom lock of the front door.

FOOD. Please do NOT keep food in the bedrooms nor leave food out. Florida is known for its critters/bugs. There will be no refunds if you encounter any of them.

FURNITURE. Please be careful with soiled hands. This will help to protect the furniture and surfaces. Do NOT rearrange the furniture. Do NOT take furniture or chairs from inside the house to the outside. Feel free to take the 2 blue rocking chairs in the back room outside on the concrete slab only. Do NOT take the dining room chairs outside. Decorative pillows should NOT be slept on and should be stored away to prevent damage.

SEPTIC SYSTEM. Please do NOT flush sanitary napkins, q-tips, wipes, paper towels, “flushable” items, etc. down the toilets. Kindly discard all products into the trash. Thank you.

TRASH. Pick-up is scheduled for 6:00 am Tuesday mornings, therefore, all trash MUST be placed in the trash can behind the house by MONDAY NIGHT. All trash placed in the outdoor can MUST be in a bag to minimize the presence of odors and insects.

If any rules are broken, you may be charged fees for any additional expenses incurred by the host as a result of your failure to adhere to the house rules.

My name is Romona and I live in Ocala, Florida where I attend the Marion Oaks Engkish Congregation. I have 3 adult children, all raised in the truth and love Jehovah, and 2 grandchildren. My two daughters are married but my baby (lol) boy is not. I host to supplement my income. I would love to get to know brothers and sisters via this platform. I love to cook and share with friends, although I can not do it as much now. I love cats, a good game of spades, a nice bonfire, and a beautiful sunset. I either fly or travel by car and it is usually to visit family and friends, however, I do love cruises and traveling just to experience a different culture, especially the foods. Seafood is my favorite. My favorite trip so far has been to NY for a shopping trip and a Broadway musical. As a host I feel that cleanliness is critical to a vacation stay. I like to leave a few packaged snacks and water for guests because I know how it is when your just coming in from traveling. I am willing to accommodate in other ways as well. All you have to do is ask. :) I also like to leave important self care amenities to get you started or just in case you forgot something when packing.
