The Space

I love this home because it is beautiful, comfortable and practical. It has all that you need and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms have plenty of closet and drawer space so you don't have to live out of suitcases. Whether you just want to relax or enjoy a group gathering, this is the place. Beach towels, 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are also available for use at the beach.

You'll have nearly full access to the entire property (except the hallway closet, bathroom closet & the shed) with a key code for easy, secure entry.

We expect our guests to take proper care of our home. A lot has been put into it to make it pleasing to our guests. We appreciate if our guests show their appreciation for that by keeping it clean and not engaging in activities that will dirty or damage our property.
1-2 pets are allowed but they are not allowed on furniture including the couch and beds.
Dogs are to be on a leash when leaving the home.
Please be mindful of noise levels.
An interior monitor is in place for security purposes.
There are no indoor cameras, but the indoor detector monitors noise levels and cigarette & marijuana smell. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. If detected, the stay will be terminated and without refund.
