House Rules

$125/night for one couple per night. Kids $25/per kid. $50/night for each additional person. We’re in Long Island close to the Long Island Assembly Hall. Price will go down for winter months when the season ends in December. Depending on the time of day you can drive to Bethel facilities in 60-120 minutes. 5 minutes to the nearest KH. We also have a heated salt water pool in the backyard for you to use and a BBQ in summer months.
No pets. We have never had any pets. Very close to Long Island beaches and several state parks where you can hike and bike and roller blade etc. if you want to avoid the cleaning fee- All we ask is that you leave it clean as you found it. We will wash the sheets and towels. It has a private entrance in the back of the house. Please just text me if you have any questions or concerns. Keith (516)982-0814. My wife and I have been married for 26 years. I am currently serving as an elder and my wife and daughter are pioneering and my boys are reaching out for more privileges of service. We participate as much as possible in the construction of our new assembly hall on Long Island and enjoy hosting our brothers and sisters from out of town who are here to serve on the project or visit Bethel.
