This Cozy Cottage is just what it is, It it warm and inviting. The cottage has all the amenities needed, it is attached to my home where there are two bathrooms one assigned to my guests. The back door is three feet from the cottage. Inside the house you can use the washing machine and dryer. The backyard is spacious and can be used.
I am 20 minutes from Melbourne, where you can visit museums, art galleries, several cafe's, music centers, boat trip great ocean road, sight seeing cruises.

Joined in May 2023I was raised by two faithful people who always put Jehovah first. I do the same to this day. To supplement my income; I, as well as my partner thought it would good to put this property as a Airbnb. I had previously had my home in California as one, and it was a very good decision. Because I am a single sister living in the main house I would prefer sister or couples to book with. I'm sure you understand.
