The Space

Our home is equipped with air conditioner in each room and living room. House has a full kitchen with pots and pans so you can make yourself meals. You can enjoy Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services with your Roku account. We have free wifi for our guests.

Guest Access

We offer self check-in. It is with a keypad using a unique code.

Interaction with Guests

We are one message or call away if you ever need to contact us during your stay.

House Rules

-Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

-We love animals over here, but we ask that you not bring any pets unless they’re a certified assistance animal.

There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the home. Extra 100$ cleaning fee will be applied to remove odors and stains **-Please no smoking, drugs, or illegal activities.

- No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guest can be there at any time. Any parties or unauthorized persons on the property; the stay will be cancelled immediately with no refunds due to not comply to this rule. We have a strict ‘no parties’ policy.

-Trash bin goes out on Wednesday. Any excessive amount of trash left inside the house will have a fee of 50$

-We understand that accidents and problems may happen. If they do, we kindly ask you to lets us know so we can work our best to fix the issue at hand.
