Our Apartment is 300 meters above sea level in the green north of Tenerife with a view of the Teide, the northwest coast and the Atlantic.
The large property with garden is located in the quiet district of "El Puntillo del Sol".
A 181 m² roof terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing and a view over the city of Puerto de la Cruz to Spain's highest mountain, the Teide. You can see from the small fishing village of El Caleton to the lighthouse of Buenavista del Norte.

The Space
The comfortable accommodation "Vistas Atlántico" is located on the top floor of the building "Puntillo del Sol".
The urbanization of the same name is a quiet residential area with 3 large buildings. In about a quarter of an hour you can be in the city of Puerto de La Cruz or the northern airport and the university town of La Laguna with its historic old town.
Guest Access
The entire apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen is available to guests. The elevator takes you quickly from the parking space in the underground garage to the top floor. On the large roof terrace you will always find a sunny and a shady spot and an outdoor shower. There is also a round dining table with comfortable chairs and space for up to 6 people.
Interaction with Guests
We are usually available by cell phone between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Other Things to Note
We both, Violetta & Uwe, live in a residential building directly opposite the apartment and are happy to welcome our guests personally.
The Neighborhood
We belong to the German-speaking congregation "Puerto de La Cruz alemana". Another couple from the congregation, who are professional photographers, live on our property directly opposite. Perhaps you would like to book a small photo shoot with them?
The two holiday apartments "Casa Felicidad" House 1 and House 2, which are often rented by brothers, are in the immediate vicinity and only a 3-minute walk away.
Getting Around
Tenerife has a very well-functioning public transport system with buses. The nearest bus stop is only 1.3 km away. However, it is uphill from the accommodation to the bus stop and it takes about 24 minutes to walk.
Many guests therefore book a rental car to get directly and independently to the many beautiful beaches and attractions.

Joined in Apr 2022My name is Uwe Meerwald. I was born in 1962, was baptized in 1975. I live in Tenerife since September 2018. My wife and I moved here to the north of the Canary Islands to do more for Jehovah. In the meantime, the small group in Puerto de la Cruz has grown into a German-speaking congregation. I like to ride my motorbike, I like to swim in the sea and I like to hike and enjoy the sun and the beautiful views in the mountains. I look forward to welcoming new guests to the largest and most diverse Canary Island.
