Very safe and beautiful! The guest space is in the 2nd floor. Spacious master bedroom and full bathroom, his and her closets, mini fridge. Fully furnished with an additional futon couch that turns into a queen bed if needed for a child. It is located 18 minutes from the Long Island Assembly Hall and walking distance to the beautiful Belmont State Park. Please note, the main entry, the living room, the kitchen and the dining room on the 1st floor is a shared space with the host.

The Space
Our guests are welcomed to use our spacious kitchen and dining room to cook and enjoy a meal if needed. We are a:
-6 minute drive to a Kingdom Hall
-18 minute drive to the Long Island Assembly Hall
-3 minute walking distance to Belmont State Park
-15 minute bike ride to Argyle Park
-15 minute drive to Robert Moses beach,
-9 minute drive to the LIRR train station that takes you into NYC or Hamptons and Montauk.
-25 miles from JFK airport; 28 miles from LGA airport and 13 miles from MacArthur airport
-approximately 1 hr 30 minutes to Patterson and Warwick bethel and approximately 2hr 15 minutes to Wallkill bethel
Guest Access
The shared space will be the kitchen, dining room, living room in the first floor. Also the BBQ grill and backyard deck can be enjoyed by our guests. This area is shared with the host. Our guests enjoy a private area up the stairs to the 2nd floor that has a master bedroom and bathroom solely for the guest to use. We have a queen bed with an additional futon couch that pulls out into a queen bed. You will have an area for parking your vehicle.
Interaction with Guests
We are happy to offer suggestions of what to do in the area. We encourage our guests to go to Belmont State Park at a close walking distance to enjoy the beautiful lake and walking or bike trails. We also respect if our guests want privacy and not much interaction. We want you to feel relaxed and at home.
