The Space
A large one bedroom with a king size bed, full kitchen and all the ammenities, laundry inside, one story house, keyless entry, private backyard with pool and jacuzzi.
Coffee and hot water pot, water filter in the refrigerator.
Cooler and beach chairs available.
If you bring a pet, please clean up after him. A large Park is in the front of the house.
Guest Access
Park in the driveway either side and walk to the right side gate and path to your side door entryway. A code will be given you upon payment to enter the keyless door.

You may text me anytime or call if needed. I’d love to hear about you and your stay!
Other Things to Note
I travel a lot and am home in my side of the front of the house mainly once a month.
Gardener comes twice a month on various days; pool man cleans every Monday.
The Neighborhood
Pasadena St Petersburg is the safest area in this beach area. There is a walking/ biking trail called the Pinellas trail that is 100 feet from the house you can use. Also the front of the home is a large park if you bring your dog.
Getting Around
It’s a must to have a car or a bicycle to get around as St Petersburg is one of the best most popular beaches and areas in the world to visit. St Pete beach and Treasure Island are 2 miles away, 5-10 minute drive. Clearwater and Madeira beaches and others are along the 30 mile coastline as well maybe a 20 minute drive. Tyrone Mall, and every kind of grocery and shopping is close by as well.

Joined in Jul 2025Retired airline pilot and a longtime pioneer, never married but a happy traveling woman. Beaches, snorkeling, sea shells, seafood and friends are my happy times. Everyone needs a break and my home with an extra apartment and resort backyard near St Pete beach is the best option for an awesome vacation to rest up and enjoy Jehovahs blessing for your hard work. Backyard has patio furniture with pool and jacuzzi are private and fenced in. Large one bedroom apartment fully furnished except food is a dream for any one who needs a break.
