The Space
NOTE: the geo reference address may show downtown Tampa but we are in N.E. Tampa by Busch Gardens. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Two very small dogs live in our house, but won’t bother you. If you want accommodations for more people we can provide a cot or an air mattress upon request prior to arrival. Currently the washer dryer is not installed but we do have a washer and dryer that can be used, or there are laundromats very close. We are very close to Busch Gardens and can hear the rollercoasters. Adventure Island water park is 1.8 miles. We are close to USF college as well as a major hospital and Moffitt Cancer Center.
Guest Access
Immediate yard surrounding 5th wheel. We can provide outdoor chairs and table upon request. Please be aware that this is a working yard and my husband has projects, but you will have accessible yard space in front of the 5th wheel, as well as free parking on site. Currently there is a pontoon boat and long flatbed trailer parked in the same space, but does not interfere with any of your access. We just want you to be aware that it is in the same vicinity of the side yard that you will be in.

We are usually available in person or by phone.
Other Things to Note
Please clean during and at the end of your stay. Cleaning can be accommodated during or after for additional charge upon request in advance.
The Neighborhood
Right down the street from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. 15 minutes or less to Kingdom Hall. Service group next door meets Saturday mornings.
