This beautiful 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom vacation rental apartment is nestled on our family property of 6.2 acres in Stone Mountain, GA, next door to the kingdom hall, 10 min from Atlanta, GA, and 40-min drive from Atlanta's Hartfield-Jackson International Airport. This apt has 1 Queen Bed (master), 1 Queen Futon (in sunroom), and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Amenities include a washer/dryer, a small workspace, bar, dining table, two flat screen TVs, and lots of privacy.

This apartment has 1 Queen Bed (master), 1 Queen Futon (in sunroom), and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.

Amenities include a washer and dryer, a small working space w/ desk and office chair, a two-seater bar area, and a 4-seater dining table, televisions in both the main area and bedroom.

Other Things to Note

This apartment is located on wooded property. Animals that are common to the area are: deer, raccoons, armadillos, possums, snakes. Insects that are common to the area are: bees, black ants, mosquitos, tree roaches, silverfish, and stink bugs.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very woodsy and serene. We are only a few minutes away from the famous Stone Mountain Park which offers lots of outdoor activities, and about 20 minutes away from Atlanta, Georgia.

Getting Around

The best way to get around town is in your own vehicle or Uber/Lyft. The closet Marta Station is about 6 miles away.

House Rules

1. No loud music or other noises that disturbs others on the premises.
2. No Pets or Animals. Under Georgia law, those who are blind or have a visual disability, are deaf, or have another physical disability may bring a guide dog or service dog into public accommodations. The dog must have been trained specially to provide assistance by a school for seeing-eye, hearing, service, or guide dogs. The law defines a physical disability as a physiological deficiency or defect that renders the person unable to move around without aid, or limits the ability to walk, climb, ascend, sit, rise, or perform related functions. Note that this definition doesn't include mental, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Therefore, we do not allow Emotional Support Animals.
3. Park vehicle in designated parking only.
4. No non-working or abandoned vehicles allowed on the property.
5. Please remove shoes on carpeted areas.
6. Please use coasters or napkins on wood furniture when sitting down drinks.
7. Washer/Dryer – only use Medium to Small loads. No large loads please.
8. Any damages incurred while staying in the dwelling are the total responsibility of the occupant.
9. Occupant is responsible for disposal of all trash and waste in proper garbage bin receptacles. Trash must be in plastic bags. No loose trash or food allowed in receptacles. No trash or trash bags are to be left on the porch or steps at any time. Trash pickup day is every Wednesday; therefore, all bagged trash should be deposited in green can or blue recycled can (located on back side of apartment in enclosed corral) no later than Tuesday afternoon.
10. There are extra bed sheets, pillows, and blankets in a clear bin in the bedroom closet, should you need them.
11. Your door entry code is exclusive to you and your stay here. It will be disarmed on the date of your departure.
12. Check out time is 11:00 am - Eastern.
13. Please feel free to leave us a departing note with the notepad that’s in the drawer in reference to your stay. We love to read hand-written messages.
