The Space

This spacious 4 bedroom home (3) is available for your use. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with mostly new appliances, granite counter-top and space to eat. Updated bathrooms with tub/showers. Room 1; 1 King bed room 2; 1 king. room 3;king bed with new clean linens. A smart TV in the Living Room with a leather sofa and chair to relax with the TV. Private entrance and large deck off the kitchen area to enjoy with outdoor furniture to listen to the birds and enjoy the trees. These are (3) large bedrooms. If you are traveling with other families and brothers . Each bedroom contains a king bed along with (2) full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bath. The other bedrooms has spacious closets as well, with a shared bath. a half bath is on the main floor

Guest Access

You will be able to park in the driveway. The entrance is in front of the two story house, with key-less access. There are outdoor seating area with table for your own use. Security cameras. Alarm code will be provided with instructions If you need to use it. You are welcome to sit on the deck and interact with the birds.

Interaction with Guests

We are need greater's. We traveled to different countries. If we are in the country we will be very happy to assist with tours if needed. There will be a number to call with any concerns, if we are traveling should the need arise.. . There may or may not be others in the apartment below at time's.

The Neighborhood

The Hearthstone subdivision is family oriented and very multicultural. You will see people walking very often with their children or pets. There are well maintained homes with mature landscaping and beautiful trees in all seasons of the year.

Getting Around

It is about a mile walk to buses that connect to Marta train for travel around the city. Indian Creek and Kensington station has parking. Or you could take Uber , Lyft or a Taxi to the train station.
Grocery stores are around the corner. For Natural food eaters, there are several known name stores in nearby Tucker and Decatur. Plenty of shopping in the area and restaurants of every kind are located nearby.

House Rules

We expect our guests to leave all dirty linens in hampers provided. Broom and dustpan are provided to keep tile floors clean. Dish detergent is provided and sponge and kitchen towels to keep kitchen clean. This is a quiet residential neighborhood so no loud music or noise. If there is any major mishap you can call the number provided. And please note. Absolutely no smoking in or out of the home. This is a non smoking property.
