The Space
There is one bedroom and one bath on the ground floor which is ideal for the elderly or infirmed.
Guest Access
Guests have access to two floors.
The basement is used for light storage and is off limits to guests.
Interaction with Guests
To access the property, guests will be sent a digital code 24 hours prior to arrival.
The code will expire 15 minutes after checkout.
Everything is basically "Self Service".
Instructions for appliances and Wifi information are clearly visible.
Other Things to Note
There is a barbeque grill and fire pit on the deck.
Some board games and playing cards are located in the coat closet on the ground floor.
Huge closet near master bath can double as a work area.

Joined in Jul 2024I love to entertain, travel and decorate. Outdoor concerts under the stars are something I can't live without. Tasting food from all around the world is something I really enjoy. Reliability and honesty are qualities that I appreciate in others so want my brothers and sisters to appreciate those same qualities in me. As a host I will do my utmost to guarantee that every guest is pleased with the accommodations. I live in NC but my vacation rental property is in Conyers, GA. Should issues arise, maintenance is available 24/7 to resolve the problem. There are no indoor cameras as I trust my brothers and sisters to treat the property as their own.
